Riverview Custom Cable offers turnkey solutions.  We are able to work with any level of existing design, or we can start from scratch and do both design and build.  From quoting an existing design, to creation of custom drawings for your project, RCC can do it all.

Engineering and Design
We can handle the full design from the ground up to include delivery of a formal Auto-CAD design, detailed specifications, and Bill of Materials.  We can also take care of ordering and tracking parts and creating delivery timetables/schedules. This service is billed by the project or by the hour, depending on size and complexity.

We can also offer assistance and consulting with your existing designs, to ensure everything is optimal. We regularly work in this "as needed" capacity with clients who need engineers with deep aerospace engineering expertise.

One of the areas where RCC is strongest is delivery of Just-in-Time design expertise during critical transition periods.  Once you have a successful design in place and are building operational products, critical engineering expertise and problem solving skills aren't regularly needed.  But what happens when one of the components changes?  For example, when cameras went from a static position to a deployable rotational platform, one of RCC's clients discovered the hard way the need for critical JIT engineering assistance.

Cable Build/Assembly
We are able to provide quick turnaround on virtually any type of cable or harness.  We are accustomed to working with both Mil Spec and COTs standard hardware and have the tooling, knowledge, and expertise to handle MilSpec crimp specifications and soldering techniques.

Tooling
Most UAV and UAS cables are combinations of civilian off-the-shelf (COTS) parts and MilSpec parts. It is critical that the correct tooling, crimp specifications and soldering techniques be used for MilSpec hardware to work properly.
